Derma Roller

The derma roller is one of the mesotherapy techniques, also known as microneedling. It is a simple, safe, and effective method for skin rejuvenation, acne scar treatment, stretch marks, cellulite, as well as alopecia and hair regrowth.

It is suitable for all skin types and works by using fine needles to stimulate collagen production. The device can also be used easily at home.

The derma roller is a simple tool consisting of a handle with a rotating head that contains more than 500 fine needles. It comes in different sizes depending on the needle length:

1. 0.5 mm – Used for treating wrinkles, acne scars, and suitable for the under-eye area.
2. 1 mm – Used for the face and hair, but not suitable under the eyes.
3. 1.5 mm – 2 mm – Used for skin laxity, cellulite, and hair treatment.

It can be used 2–4 times per week, depending on the condition being treated.
